Arhe Wenchang Foods Industrial Area Co., Ltd is a joint venture with registered capital RMB62 millions (equals to USD9.2 millions), which was established under the registration and approval by the Industrial & Commercial Administration Bureau of Hainan Province on 14th September 2005. Arhe Wenchang, with establishment in Wenchang City Hainan Province, was co-invested by a foreign-owned enterprise Arhe Hainan Foods Co., Ltd and Mr. He Hong from Argentina.

Arhe Wenchang owns solid competence ability and wide international sales networks, state-of-the-art facilities like aquatic products, livestock, poultry, vegetables and fruits. It is under the advanced enterprise management pattern and most of the employees have good education background on management and techniques. With its operations in Wenqing Avenue Qinglan Development Zone Wenchang City, Arhe Wenchang covers an area of approximately 300 Mu (equals to 20 hectares). It is engaged in foods, aquatic products, livestock and poultry products, vegetables & fruits exploitation, processing, sales, agriculture exploitation, planting, fishing, refrigeration, processing with supplied materials and imported materials.

Arhe Wenchang, the agricultural products processing plant, is a leading and biggest processing base so far in Hainan. There are totally six areas such as automatic cold storage with a capacity of 12, 000 metric tons, aquatic products processing, livestock & poultry products processing, vegetables & fruits processing, office & scientific and techniques training, living service & entertainment. The total project investment reached USD30 millions, the capacity of cold storage covers 80, 000 steres, and the annual production capacity is 160, 000 metric tons. Arhe Wenchang is able to offer 2, 000 positions for the local town.
